Page 8 begins with the signature of Harry Ford Sinclair, president of Sinclair Oil of New York City and was at the forefront of the famous Teapot Dome scandal of the 1920’s.

Though his signature is not dated, it would appear he was here in late 1930, possibly signing with the same pen as Prinzessin Karl von Isenburg below him.

This date would coincide with his release from prison after a 6 month sentence he served as a result of the above mentioned scandal.
