Here on Page 30, Viktor Lutze appears again, this time with Frau P. Lutze.
Also appearing here is an inscription by Schwester Pia (1886-1981) a Nazi Nurse.
True to my Führer, true to my Fatherland.”
Sister Pia whose real name was Elenore Baur, was an admirer of Adolf Hitler who supported the Nazi Cause with zeal. In 1934, she became the only woman to ever receive the Blutorden.
She marched in the ranks during the ill-fated Beer Hall Putsch of 1923 and tended the wounded. She organized the first Nazi mobile hospital and became the first SA (Brown Shirts) sister. During WWII Sister Pia served again as nurse. After several years in an Allied Internment Camp she retired to a small village near Munich, always hoping that the days of Nazi glory would return to Germany. She died on May 18, 1981 at the age of 95.
